LPI has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, most of it with commercial, institutional and public works projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $80,000,000. Our experience on large projects has dictated a high level of organization. We document all work by computer and have integrated computer forms into all aspects of our work. We have developed software specifically to manage inspections on large complex institutional projects. We believe that this provides our clients with accurate documentation and professional finished product.
